F.I.T Prioritization Scale

The Board of Education will respond to F.I.T. Team Recommendations with one of three choices:

  • Accept the recommendation presented by the Facility Improvement Team
  • Reject and send back the recommendation presented by the Facility Improvement Team
  • Modify the recommendation presented by the Facility Improvement Team

SCOPE OF WORK PRIORITIZATION GUIDELINES

Priority 1

  • This scope of work should be accomplished as soon as possible
  • Clearly fits the intent of one or more committee established guiding principles
  • This scope of work benefits students, staff and the community in general

Priority 2

  • This scope of work should be accomplished sooner rather than later
  • Generally fits the intent of the guiding principles
  • This scope of work primarily benefits either students or staff.

Priority 3

  • This scope of work might be accomplished at a later time
  • This item might be modified to generally fit under the intent of a guiding principle
  • If modified, this scope could benefit students, staff, or community

Priority 4

  • This scope of work could be reconsidered in future Master Plan efforts, but not be done at this time
  • Does not fit within the currently established guiding principles
  • It is unclear what benefits will be achieved by this item
